ITP expertise in SAP/Microsoft solutions to address current manufacturing challenges​

SAP MRS, SAP Work Manager and Zebra mobile terminals were used under the project. The inspection of equipment, from obtaining shift assignments to recording the results of inspections, is carried out by means of special mobile devices. Employees use these devices to “check in” on the RFID tags attached to the equipment being inspected. The parameters to be checked and the data to be entered are displayed on the screen. The system makes it possible to plan process unit inspection for each individual specialist and obtain more accurate information on equipment condition.
