Our team delivers complex SAP projects for clients in Pharmaceutical, Metal and Mining, manufacturing and other industries. We’re now expanding our sales team to strengthen our presence in the European and North American markets.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales Manager to lead the sales of SAP implementation and migration projects. Extend portfolio of clients for out staffing and joint delivery centers. You will be responsible for developing relationship with new client, identification of new opportunities and closing deals for medium to large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a proactive SAP Services Sales Manager to focus on selling SAP implementation, Migrations, out staffing services and SAP support contracts. The ideal candidate understands the importance of long-term client relationships, able to leverage his market knowledge and connection, can identify ongoing business needs and ready to develop trusted relationship with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of SAP services for top 50 target clients in the UK and US markets.
- Identify new potential clients and qualify inbound leads
- Manage the full sales cycle
- Work closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and presentations
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored SAP solutions (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA migration, implementation of new SAP modules, long term partnerships, etc.)
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development and sales of IT solutions like ERP (preferably SAP) for middle / big corporate clients in EU or US market.
- Proved records of successful sales and development of relationship with C level management (CFO, CEO, COO).
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in Pharmaciutical, Metal and Mining, Manufacturing industries.
- Solid understanding of SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, ECC, modules like FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
