Business developer / sales specialist

ITP Group is searching for a business developer / sales specialist for further grows of services in Europe and USA.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Delivering and exceeding the revenue and signings targets
  • Full sales cycle management
  • Attracting new clients
  • Presentation of the company and our services
  • Negotiations with potential clients
  • Preparation of commercial offers
  • Completion of the deal
  • Development of sales strategy and tools


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in B2B business development / sales of IT application services for more than 3 years.
  • Successful sales experience with European clients
  • Understanding of RFP/procurement process in big corporations
  •  Experience in preparation of offers and presentation materials
  • Ability to consulting sell with a natural talent for customer focus, influencing and negotiation with people at all levels of seniority and responsibility.
  • Ambitious and self-driven attitude – the ability to drive own sales and campaigns, and to create new contacts
  • Fluent spoken and written English including excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies
  • Established base of potential customers
  • Successful sales experience in the European market
  • Understanding of IT delivery process
  • Knowledge of IT best practices and methodologies
