ITP developed an AI-assisted solution to automate delivery route planning directly from ERP exports.

  2. Three-stage pipeline: Data validation and cleansing → Geocoding (address-to-coordinates) → Route optimization
  3. Operational UI: A dispatcher-friendly interface supports day-to-day planning and monitoring.

The system produces structured outputs with optimized routes and mileage calculations, ready for operational use., while providing clear insights into optimization levers for continuous improvement.
